Submission Instructions
The Brazilian Journal of Studies of Public Function (RBEFP), ISSN 2238-2763, digital ISSN 2238-6734, published three times annually, is a specialized journal in administrative law with emphasis on the public employee.
To submit articles, opinions and contributions use the following e-mail: conselhorbefp@gmail.com. The papers shall include the following information: author’s name, their academic and professional qualifications, full address, phone number and e-mail.
The papers must be unpublished and for exclusive release. Once published in our journal, the papers can also be published in books and collections, as long as properly quoted. The journal requests author’s commitment in non publication of its paper in any other journal and/or periodical.
The journal reserves the right to accept or reject any received originals, in accordance with the recommendations of their Editorial Body, as well as the right to propose eventual alterations.
The papers release is decided on the basis of reviews, in observance of the anonymity of both author and reviewers (blind peer review system).
The papers should be submitted in Word format (.doc), font Times News Roman, size 12, 1,5 line space. The paragraphs are to be aligned. The papers size must to be A4 and identical margins of 3 cm. Averaging 15/40 pages number.
The papers must be revised and therefore present proper scientific language. If submitted in Portuguese, the papers shall observe orthographic rules from the new orthographic agreement of Portuguese language approved in January 1st 2009. The quotes from previous papers may follow the original orthographic agreement.
The original papers should be presented containing the following information: title (original language and English), author’s name, institutional filiation, titles (master’s, doctorate, position’s etc.), papers abstract, containing maximum of 250 words (original language and english), keywords, containing maximum of 5 word (original language and english), papers summary, papers full content and bibliographic references. Papers must include, in their bottom end, date and city where were written.
It is recommended every highlight should be done through italic font, avoiding bold and underline. Quotes (word, expressions and sentences) should be carefully verified by author’s and/or translators; long citation (over 3 lines) should form an independent paragraph, with a tab of 2 cm (aligned); single line space and size 10 font; short quote’s (last then 3 lines) should be inserted in the text, with quotation marks without italic. Foreigner language expression’s should be standardized, being in italic. Quotes should use full reference name of the author’s.
The papers will be selected by journal’s Editorial Body, which will contact author’s offering papers confirmation receipt. The journal did not offer any copyright royalties or any other way of payments. The author’s will receive a copy of the journal edition in which their paper has been published.
Every opinion or point of view shared in a paper published by journal are in exclusive author’s responsibility.
